If you want to change the way your dynamic pricing is displayed edit the syndicate.pl template.

Also be sure to edit the index.tpl
This is the login/registration page for your affiliates:

http://www.yourserver.com/dynamic-folder/index.php

Replace yourserver.com with your domain name and the dynamic-folder with the name of the folder in which you installed the script.

Also remember that you cannot include more than 1 dynamic prices in the same page.
